Admission Procedures

Intermediate Programs Admissions Procedure

• Get prospectus/admission form, from the Admission office of any campus of IGC.
• Fill the form in block letters (no column of the form should be left blank).
• Attach attested copies of all documents as mentioned below (also bring original documents at the time of interview)
• Appear for scrutiny of documents and suitability assessment (on or before the given date as on slip attached with the Admission Form), before the scrutiny committee and Admission Committee, respectively, of the concerned campus.
• Must be accompanied with parents/guardian at the time of interview.
• Appear for final interview before the Principal on the same day.
• If admission approved by the Principal, deposit college dues on the same day, as per fee schedule (in the college office or designated bank branch as per instruction).

Documents to be attached

1. Two (2) attested photocopies of SSC Result Card/ Certificate issued by the BISE.
2. One (1) photocopy of character certificate.
3. Four (4) latest coloured photographs with blue background one attested from front side and other from back side.
4. One (1) photocopy of students’ NIC /Form B.
5. One (1) photocopy of fathers’ NIC.
6. One (1) photocopy of Board’s Registration Card.

Undergraduate Programs Admissions Procedure

• Get prospectus/admission form, from the Admission office of any campus of IGC.

• Attach attested copies of all documents as mentioned below (also bring original documents at the time of interview).
• Appear for scrutiny of documents and suitability assessment (on or before the given date as on slip attached with the Admission Form), before the Scrutiny Committee (two lecturers nominated by the Principal) and Admission Committee, respectively, of the concerned campus.
• Must be accompanied with parents/guardian at the time of interview.
• Appear for final interview before the Principal on the same day.
• If admission approved by the Principal, deposit college dues on the same day, as per fee schedule (in the college office or designated bank branch as per instruction).
